ABOUT SACRED EARTH
This piece explores the relationship between the body, the natural world and the quiet wisdom of the divine feminine.
Created with an earthy palette and a sense of organic unfolding, this work reflects the grounding quality of being deeply connected to ourselves — learning to listen to the body, honour its changing seasons and meet ourselves with greater compassion.
For me, the divine feminine is found in the capacity to receive, to nurture, to create and to allow. It is an invitation to move away from the pressure to be a certain way, and towards an acceptance of all that we are: our softness and strength, our growth and rest, our becoming and our being.
A reminder that we don't need to become someone else to feel whole. Sometimes, coming home to ourselves begins with simply allowing ourselves to be exactly where we are.
Sacred Earth is part of a pair, alongside Fertile Ground. Created as companion works, they sit beautifully together, bringing a sense of groundedness and organic harmony to a space. Both artworks are available as prints.
